NCIASP 2025 is pleased to offer/suggest hotels options around conference venue to make your conference experience hassle-free. You may choose and book your accommodation at the time of registering or later on, through the conference website OR directly on your own which is convenient and cheaper to you. • Expenses of personal nature like laundry, room service, any meals (except buffet breakfast), bar, telephone etc.

• Limited number of rooms has been blocked at each hotel on these special tariffs and, is available on first-come-first served basis.
• Complete Payment for the room reservation to be paid in advance at the time of booking the accommodation.
• Standard check-in time is 1400 hours and check-out time is 1200 hrs.
• Early check-in or late check-out shall be subject to concerned hotel’s policy in this matter. The policy may be different from hotel to hotel.
• Neither the NCIASP conference organizers nor MEC9 are responsible for quality of accommodation & other services provided by the respective hotels. If any dispute arises with the hotels must be settled directly.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days after the completion of the conference.

Any amendments in terms of change of dates, reduction in number of persons or rooms will be treated as cancellations & amended requests will be subject to availability of facilities. Inability of MEC-9 to provide services as per amendments will not dilute its right to levy cancellation charges.
